Tempranillo

Originally created as a personal commission, the Tempranillo restaurant artwork has proven to be a very popular piece of Courthouse Collective artwork.

The restaurant, found on Back Wallgate, part of Macclesfield’s historic Castle Quarter,  has won the hearts (and stomachs) of many local residents from Macclesfield and the surrounding area.

Our image depicts the restaurant on an unusually warm Macclesfield night. Relaxed diners wine and dine inside. Outside, a Spanish bull and local wildlife create intrigue, tension and delight. Can you spot the subtle Dali reference?
