Picturedrome - Under The Spotlight

Picturedrome was once a cinema in 1911 but now a pop up food hall. It's unique character inspired a whole host of cinema related hidden themes from the golden era of movies.

The zeplin shown belown is seen in old war movies and the UFO is also iconic of the time. The beams were used to resemble a film premiere while also nodding to some of the previous art deco style work we made.

The red carpet carries on the theme of a movie premiere and hinting to the building past life.

In the down stairs window you can see Laurel and Hardy who were a comedy duo in the silent film era. There is also a gaint robot shadow playing homage to classic sci-fi.

In the final image shown below Frankenstien pays homage to the horror industry and the palm tree signifies Hollywood.
